This position can be based in Halifax, Toronto, or Vancouver

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the proposal writing process from production to delivery
  • Collaborate with local teams to develop persuasive RFP responses
  • Research and write high-quality content including executive summaries and case studies
  • Review proposals for accuracy and adherence to brand standards
  • Maintain proposal content database and project profiles
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices

You are a great fit if you:

  • Have excellent communication and editing skills
  • Possess experience in business development writing
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Have 2-3 years of proven writing experience
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Are results-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

  • 2-3 years' proven experience in writing communications or marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field
  • Master communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with a desire for multiple concurrent initiatives
