About Us:
Northeast Nutrition Inc. seeks a highly motivated, career-minded, and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. This key role is based out of our Truro, Nova Scotia facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to operational/production staff.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure adherence to quality guidelines and practices.
  • Determine maintenance priorities and oversee inventory control.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and promote health & safety policies.
  • Drive plant uptime initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • High attention to detail and quality.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet cost and schedule requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills.
  • Experience and/or training in feed production is an asset.
