CONTINUING CARE ASSISTANT,

The Wolfville Elms is a privately owned, Residential Care Facility in the town of Wolfville in Nova Scotia's beautiful Annapolis Valley.

Wolfville is just one hour from Halifax and is the cultural center of the Annapolis Valley. Excellent accommodation choices, fine dining and boutique shopping in our small university town. Acadia University brings a sophistication and wealth of activities year-round. Fabulous farm markets, music and theatre, the Acadian Mecca of Grand Pre National Historic Site and the world's highest tides in the Minas Basin filling up our "world's smallest" harbor.

Working under the direction of the LPN in providing care for the resident(s) which includes meeting their physical, social and psychological needs. The RCA will exhibit sound judgement and initiative while working within the framework of the objectives of Wolfville Elms and the organization as a whole.

The ability and willingness to work all shift (days, evenings, and nights, weekends and holidays) is a requirement of this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $17.74-$19.16 per hour
