JOB QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
- Nova Scotia Certification as a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), or
- Nova Scotia Certification as Personal Care Worker earlier then 2006 and have been working in that capacity for 12 months prior or
- Currently enrolled as an LPN or RN student from a recognized course, or
- Completion of the 1st four modules of the CCA course with plans to complete CCA program within two years;
