Strongco is looking for a Parts Specialist in Moncton

Position Summary:

  • Prompt and accurate processing of parts orders
  • High level of customer service on the Parts counter
  • Prompt and accurate shipping and receiving
  • Physical inventory accuracy and cycle counts
  • Answering phone with high level of service and urgency
  • Identify and source and procure parts and attachments
  • Prompt ordering from vendors to fulfill customer orders
  • Processing of Freight and Parts Invoices
  • Timely processing of returns and credits
  • Proactive customer contact and telemarketing
  • Seek out opportunities to increase part sales
  • Backorder tracking and recovery
  • Effective inventory management
  • Electronic transactions of parts information and changes
  • Research and investigate competitors parts pricing

The ideal candidate should be Bilingual French/English, and have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in a parts department with an aptitude for sales. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft computer programs, must have the ability to multi task, organize and prioritize work in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of SAP an asset.
