As a bilingual independent expert sales and service provider for our Global Reservations Centre, you’ll serve as a primary contact between our Guests and our global properties – recommending our world-class hotels and resorts as they relate to unique buyer needs

Your Home Office Standards & Requirements:

  • An acceptable workspace (private space with a door, quiet, with an ergonomic workstation and chair)
  • Accessibility to Extreme Business high speed internet  or Fibre Op available in your home (Rental Units must have permission of landlord to run additional lines if necessary)

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Leader, Reservation Sales, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Reservation Sales Representative for our unique collection of world-class resorts and city center hotels
  • Serving as the primary contact between our Guests and our luxury properties
  • Providing product expertise in a professional, friendly and informative manner
  • Enriching our Guests experiences while maximizing the Company’s profitability
  • Identifying sales opportunities and actively selling the features and benefits of choosing to secure reservations at our distinctively unique properties


Successful candidates will have a proven ability to:

  •  actively listen while using multiple computerized applications
  •  bilingual - must speak, read and write English and French.

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
