As a Project Manager, you'll lead construction projects from pre-construction through closeout while working closely with clients, consultants, site teams, and subcontractors.
You'll be trusted to:
- Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple active projects
- Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and project execution plans
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
- Identify risks early and problem-solve proactively
- Monitor project performance related to cost, quality, safety, and timelines
- Manage contracts, change orders, invoices, RFIs, and project documentation
- Support field teams and collaborate closely with Site Superintendents
- Keep stakeholders informed through clear communication and reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement across project delivery processes
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction with a general contractor
- Diploma in Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
- Experience with Procore is an asset
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
