Ocean Capital has a unique part time opportunity for a Personal Executive Assistant. This position will work with and support to one individual in day to day administration, calendar management, and coordination of property activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Personal and Business Calendar
  • Manage all correspondence both email and written, including writing and drafting of correspondence
  • Manage and pay all invoices, including utilities
  • Manage Blue Cross claims
  • Manage renewals: subscriptions, vehicle, registration, MVI, insurance, driver's license, Medicare, Passport, credit cards, etc.
  • Perform banking and post office tasks
  • Book travel and/or transportation
  • Maintain schedule of maintenance for both properties
  • Arrange and maintain services at Property including housekeeping, lawn care, snow removal
  • Approve property invoices
  • Attend Residence each morning and when requested
  • All other requests

  • Performing duties to ensure an efficient, well-maintained and professional corporate environment.
  • Proactively support the calendar of commitments of those you report to.
  • When required, draft specialized correspondence and day to day correspondence.

  • Exceptional Project management and time management skills.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree or community college diploma with the right blend of experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years' experience in an executive administration or personal assistant position.
  • Previous work experience to demonstrate superior communication (written and verbal), problem solving skills and a keen eye on attention to detail.
  • A successful candidate would demonstrate a strong work ethic, be highly organized, self-motivated and able to manage their time based on priorities and deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, creativity, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service and value to all partners.
