Overview
Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with AEC industry experience to support proposal development and business pursuits. This role is focused on RFQs, RFPs, and prequalification submissions—not traditional digital marketing or graphic design.
You will partner with technical teams to develop high-quality, deadline-driven proposals that clearly communicate project experience and capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop RFQs, RFPs, and prequalification packages from start to submission
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and leadership to gather and refine content
- Write, edit, and format proposal materials to meet client requirements
- Maintain and update project sheets, resumes, and marketing collateral
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards
- Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, pursuit-driven environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience within AEC, construction, engineering, or related industry
- Direct experience managing RFQ/RFP proposal processes
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Ability to translate technical content into clear, client-focused messaging
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Adobe InDesign (for proposal formatting/layout)
- Photoshop, Illustrator, or CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus
