About the Laboratory:

A modern, digitally driven dental laboratory in North York is seeking an experienced Digital Surgical Guide Designer / Dental Technician to support its growing digital department. The lab is known for high-quality work, efficiency, and strong collaboration across departments, with a continued focus on advanced implant and guided surgery workflows.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician with experience in digital surgical guide design and CoDiagnostiX software. This individual will play a key role in planning and designing surgical guides for implant cases while collaborating closely with the team to ensure accuracy, functionality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Design digital surgical guides for implant cases using CoDiagnostiX
Review prescriptions, scans, and case information for accuracy and completeness
Support treatment planning and guided surgery workflows in collaboration with the team
Ensure surgical guides are designed to meet clinical and technical requirements
Communicate with internal departments regarding case details, timelines, and adjustments
Maintain consistency, precision, and efficiency across all assigned cases
Assist with digital workflow improvements as the department continues to grow

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3+ years of dental laboratory experience, ideally with digital workflows
Hands-on experience designing surgical guides
Proficiency with CoDiagnostiX software is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of implant dentistry, dental anatomy, and guided surgery concepts
Ability to read prescriptions and interpret scans accurately
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
