We are seeking a friendly organized Office Administrator to help coordinate and support all areas of our operations. This role will work closely with our office team to keeping our organization running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner, both in person and phone.
• Answer, screen, forward and or/take messages on incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Handle faxing, emailing, copying, filing, and other clerical duties as required.
.• Entering invoices & orders in Quickbooks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an office administrator or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as good computer literacy.
• Ability to prioritize & multitask while managing time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience with customer service.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
