We are hiring an experienced Lead Hand Renovation Carpenter who can work hard to lead our team and ensure that we continue to succeed in maintaining long-lasting client relationships through our quality work. Responsibilities: The successful applicant must be able to perform the following tasks: * Framing * Drywall * Trim Work * Mudding and Taping * Flooring * Cabinetry work * Tile * Painting * Other assigned duties Requirements: * Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar renovation/construction position * Leadership qualities * Ability to work independently * Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent time management skills and strong analytical abilities. * Organized and results oriented The successful applicant will be entitled to a total compensation plan including an excellent wage, health benefits and a bonus plan. Wages are extremely competitive and negotiated fairly based on experience, ability, and attitude.
