Position Summary
The Client Success Manager (CSM Manager) is a support-focused role responsible for helping clients transition smoothly into our programs and stay on track throughout delivery. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to ensure client information is accurate, communication is consistent, and internal processes are followed.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, coachable, and comfortable working with systems, spreadsheets, and structured processes.

Essential Functions / Objectives (Primary Responsibilities)
The primary objective of this role is to support client success by ensuring onboarding steps are completed correctly, client communication is clear and timely, and internal systems remain accurate and up to date.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting client onboarding and collecting required information
- Maintaining accurate client records in CRMs and internal spreadsheets
- Assisting with client communication, follow-ups, and updates
- Coordinating internally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Tracking client deliverables, milestones, and progress
- Identifying potential issues early and escalating when needed
- Supporting improvements to internal SOPs and workflows
Additional duties may be assigned as the company grows.

Qualifications & Experience
Required
- You are familiar with the online marketing space and have experience working with clients.
- You have a proven track record with Facebook Ads, funnel, CRMs, copywriting, and email marketing.
- You thrive in a client-facing role and have high stamina for 20+ hours of weekly coaching sessions.
- You enjoy creative problem-solving.
- You can implement a proven driver recruiting system and help trucking companies learn the ropes.
- You can hold people accountable to what they say they want.
- You enjoy a lot of autonomy while still enjoying the structure and team communication/meetings.
- You actively look to improve, personally and professionally, through books, courses, etc.
Preferred
- Experience in customer success, account management, admin, or operations
- Experience working with clients or customers in a service-based business
- Familiarity with structured processes and SOP-driven environments
