L'ingénieur en vérification de conception sera responsable de travailler sur un dispositif, en mode plug, pour prouver certaines propriétés et connectivité à différents niveaux afin de valider que la conception est correcte. Ce dispositif gère le trafic Internet et le redirige vers le client. L'ingénieur devra envoyer un flux de données via la communication optique sur les réseaux, passer des paquets de données octet par octet, les placer dans notre cadre optique, extraire les données du cadre optique et les insérer dans le flux de données. Il doit valider le bloc pour s'assurer qu'il fonctionne avec la communication et le client.

Responsabilités

• Utiliser la vérification formelle pour valider les signaux d'intérêt.
• Apprendre et comprendre les blocs, lire et s'assurer de bien comprendre le cadre en place.
• Utiliser des outils pour vérifier les connexions et interfaces, valider les propriétés et lier les différentes broches.
• Collaborer avec différents concepteurs pour résoudre les problèmes.
• Effectuer la couverture de code et la couverture fonctionnelle.

Compétences Essentielles

• Expérience en vérification formelle.
• Maîtrise des outils Questa Formal.
• Bonne expérience avec UVM et la vérification basée sur la simulation SystemVerilog.
• Exposition à l'analyse de couverture et à la fermeture en utilisant des outils formels ou de simulation.

Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications

• Expérience avec les protocoles de télécommunication, Ethernet, OTN, etc.
• Capacité à exprimer les exigences sous forme de propriétés simples et complexes.
• Confort avec le concept de couverture fonctionnelle et expérience avec l'analyse des rapports de couverture fonctionnelle.
• Compréhension solide de la vérification basée sur la simulation UVM.
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome au sein d'un groupe collaboratif d'ingénieurs en conception et vérification.

• Utilize tools to verify connections and interfaces, validate properties, and link different pins.
• Collaborate with different designers to resolve issues.
• Perform code coverage and functional coverage.

Essential Skills

• Experience in formal verification.
• Proficiency with Questa Formal tools.
• Good experience with UVM and SystemVerilog simulation-based verification.
• Exposure to coverage analysis and closure using formal or simulation tools.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with telecom protocols, Ethernet, OTN, etc.
• Ability to express requirements in the form of basic and complex properties.
• Comfortable with the concept of functional coverage and experience with functional coverage report analysis.
• Solid understanding of UVM simulation-based verification.
• Able to work independently within a highly collaborative group of design and verification engineers.

Work Environment

Open to fully remote candidates that are sr and can communicate well. It would be nice to have someone local who can go on-site every now and then.

This is a Contract position based out of Ottawa, ON.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.

This is a fully remote position.
