RECE

We are currently seeking a warm, caring, and enthusiastic Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team full time. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing a high-quality early learning program that supports children's development in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate programming based on ELECT and How Does Learning Happen
• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Observe children and document learning and development
• Maintain open and professional communication with parents and staff
• Ensure all licensing and health & safety requirements are followed
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Qualifications:

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR-C
• Vulnerable Sector Check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience in a childcare setting preferred
