GenMec ACL is looking for a hands-on, highly organizedFleet Maintenance Coordinatorto join our team in Bonnyville. Candidates must be local to the Lakeland Area.

This is a hybrid role that combinesmechanical work and coordinationperfect for someone who enjoys turning wrenches but also thrives on planning, tracking, and keeping operations running smoothly.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Work closely with Operations toprioritize fleet and equipment repairs
• Performmaintenance and minor repairson trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Coordinatein-house vs. outsourced repairs
• Manage and trackpreventative maintenance schedules
• Inspect equipment upon arrival and maintain accurate service records
• Coordinate withthird-party repair shops and vendors
• Order parts and managemaintenance inventory
• MaintainCVIP and NDT certifications
• Ensure all fleet and equipment aresafe, compliant, and ready for deployment
• Track all service work, costs, and timelines in thePM system
• Provide input onequipment lifecycle and replacement planning
• Support management withequipment purchasing recommendations

What Were Looking For:

• Experience working withfleet, trailers, and construction equipment(telehandlers, skid steers, scissor lifts, etc.)
• Hands-on ability to performbasic to intermediate mechanical repairs
• Journeyperson (Automotive or Heavy Equipment) is an assetnot required
• Strongorganization and communication skills
• Experience withfleet management software + Microsoft Office
• Valid Class 5 license with aclean drivers abstract
• Comfortabletowing and maneuvering trailers
• Able toprioritize, multitask, and adaptin a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

• Primarily based inBonnyville shop
• Occasionalsite travel required
• Work performed indoors and outdoors invariable weather conditions
• Overtime and weekend work may be required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to liftup to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working invarious positions(overhead, on back, confined areas)
• Able to work bothhands-on and at a computer
• Must be able to pass amedical fitness exam
• Comfortable navigatingactive construction sites
