• Prepare and paint residential interiors and exteriors

• Complete assigned units efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

• Work independently and as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

• Reliable transportation

• Previous painting experience is an asset (but not required—we train!)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Performance-Based Pay: Earn $18 per completed unit—no cap on your income
