The Assistant Operations Manager supports the daily operational activities of the organization by coordinating tasks, ensuring compliance with policies, and improving efficiency across departments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all business functions run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing operational activities
  • Monitor day-to-day processes and workflows to ensure optimal productivity
  • Support implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Collaborate with department heads to align operations with company goals
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and improvement areas
  • Supervise and support team leaders or supervisors as needed
  • Ensure operational compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards
  • Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and resource allocation
  • Prepare reports and present insights to senior management
  • Help resolve customer or client issues related to operations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in operations, logistics, or team management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operations software (e.g., ERP, CRM)
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
