What You'll Do:

• Greet and check in customers, ensuring accurate capture of vehicle and client details

• Clearly communicate service needs, pricing, and timelines to customers

• Review open or deferred work and follow up appropriately

• Monitor repair progress and ensure promised times are met

• Liaise with technicians to relay additional repair requirements and obtain client authorization • Present final work performed and ensure complete customer satisfaction at delivery • Support a clean and professional service environment

What You Bring:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership

• PBS experience is a definite asset • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• High level of professionalism and accountability

• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure

• Solid computer skills (email, MS Office, Internet)

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay plan: $70,000–$90,000/year, commission-based
