Print Industry Office Administrator & Customer Service Rep

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order cycle, from entry through to delivery tracking.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate customers order to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor daily production workflow and adjust priorities for maximum efficiency.
- Accurately enter orders into our software system and maintain up-to-date records.
- Provide proactive updates to customers on order status, delivery timelines, and any changes.
- Liaise with suppliers: issue purchase orders, track incoming materials.
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in the print industry.
- In-depth knowledge of paper types, grain direction, and GSM specifications.
- Hands-on familiarity with digital printers and production workflows a strong asset.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with order management systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
