Since 2020, the number of employees at Protocase/45Drives hasdoubled! Behind the scenes supporting this growth is our Human Resources team, whose goal is to ensure we select the right people and put them in the right roles, where they will thrive and find happiness and fulfillment. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will use your organization, time management, and interpersonal skills to complete supportive tasks that directly contribute to these efforts.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting our Designated Security Official in maintaining our Canadian Controlled Goods certification
• Scheduling and tracking candidates for various open positions, corresponding with them via email and phone
• Administrative tasks associated with onboarding and offboarding, as well as with various programs such as Atlantic Immigration Support or recognition programs
• Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as required
• Maintaining confidentiality with handling sensitive information

We are seeking candidates with relevant or closely related education and/or experience. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who feels as passionate as we do about our more important resource and asset - our people!
