M3C is in search of an Administrative Project Control Officer PCO (ID658). It's a 12-month mandate (with the option to renew). The work is almost entirely done remotely with occasional travel to different sites.

The responsibilities are:
- Administer and update project management tools to ensure team-wide accessibility;
- Support the optimization of PMO processes to improve organizational performance;
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and produce clear project status reports;
- Provide administrative support and coordinate communications across the team;
- Assist in team training and ensure adherence to internal standards and policies.
RequirementsThe requirements are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a project support role within a PMO;
- Certification in project management, PMP, CAPM or related field;
- Willingness and or experiences in implementing AI solutions for PMOs;
- Proficiency in project management tools, Sensei IQ and MS Planner;
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, Lean and Six Sigma;
- Bilingual French/English mandatory.
