Your Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care (e.g., bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene)
Offer companionship and engagement, especially in Cantonese
Support with light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands
Provide transportation to appointments or outings (if applicable)
Maintain clear, timely documentation using our Care App (WellSky) in English
What We're Looking For
Fluency in both Cantonese and English
Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving or home support experience (senior care preferred)
Comfortable with a flexible, variable schedule based on client needs
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is preferred
Compassion, strong communication skills, and dependability
Ability to pass a criminal background check
CPR/First Aid and Food Safe certifications are assets but not mandatory
Requirements
Must live in or near Richmond, BC
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit)
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English for training, documentation, and team communication
Must be available for part-time shifts of various lengths and times
