Inventory Administrator

Shift: Day Shift (Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 4:30 pm and Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm)

Compensation: Depends on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Receive and maintain raw material and hardware inventory from outside sources;
• Kit and supply raw material and hardware inventory necessary for production;
• Cycle count and report on raw material and hardware inventory, including data entry;
• Cycle count and report on in-process items prior to release for outside processing;
• Review, maintain, count, prepare, pull and report on finished goods inventory;
• Complete internal work orders and paperwork for traceability;
• File documentation and package finished goods as required;
• Track and trace shipments as required; and
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience:

• English language proficiency required.
• 2+ years' experience required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Great Plains preferred.
• Certificate of qualification, college degree or other training an asset.
• Previous aerospace experience preferred.
• Previous jobbing shop experience preferred.
