Earn between $19.02 and $21.47 per hour, depending on your experience and the scope of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Offer companionship and conversation in Spanish to support emotional well-being
Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and daily routines
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or community outings
Maintain clear documentation and updates through our care team
What We're Looking For
Fluency in Spanish (English fluency is also required for training and documentation)
At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience, ideally with seniors
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle is required
Kind, respectful, and professional communication skills
Ability to pass a criminal background check
CPR, First Aid, or Food Safe certification is an asset but not required
Additional Requirements
Must reside in or near Richmond, BC
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit)
Must be able to communicate in English for documentation, training, and team communication
Preference will be given to candidates who live locally and have their own transportation
