Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly qualified Class One Rover "Truck Driver" to operate out of our Winnipeg terminal, serving various locations throughout our network. This position demands a high level of professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all federal and provincial regulations.
- Safely transport goods to multiple destinations across our network.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and cargo details.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Promptly report any vehicle malfunctions or safety concerns.
- Adapt to changing route assignments and work locations on a weekly basis.
- Ensure timely delivery of cargo while adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Maintain professional communication with dispatchers, clients, and fellow drivers.
- Properly secure and handle various types of cargo.
- Participate in ongoing safety training and professional development programs.
- Obtain and maintain an LCV (Long Combination Vehicle) license as required.
This position requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professional conduct at all times. The successful candidate must be prepared for the demands of variable work locations and schedules.

What will you do?
You will be based in Winnipeg, and work in various locations for (1-3) weeks at a time. When you are “floating” in another area we will pay the hotel costs, travel costs (if using your own vehicle).
This is a salaried position and you would work in Ontario mostly and possibility's of other regions in our network.
