Job Summary
The Customer Experience Representative will work as a member of our front-line service team, focusing on client support. They work directly with clients to assist with shipments and offer excellence in customer relations by providing a positive interaction experience on all levels. In addition, this role will have direct interaction with customers and internal team members to ensure seamless communication.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries providing support as required.
- Process data entry requirements relative to operational movements.
- Communicate with shippers, receivers, customers, and internal departments to gather information and book appointments.
- Address challenging customers and problems that require escalation outside of the department.
- The report, analyze and resolve system, clients, and operational issues that impact service quality.
- Maintain records and statistics relative to assigned processes.
- Perform general office functions as required.
- Ability to perform tasks independently.
Job Requirements
- Successful completion of High School Diploma.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficient with the use of a computer and Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively with others and work as a member of a team.
- Strong ability to multi-task and effectively manage work requirements.
Preferred
- Previous experience in the logistics transportation industry would be considered an asset.
- Experience working with TMW software would be considered an asset.
