We are looking for a Manager/Assistant Manager Cross Border Tax to join our teama role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role:

• Working closely with all Tax Partners and other Senior staff on personal tax compliance and tax advisory engagements
• Manage and coordinate tax planning and compliance services for individuals requiring US and Canadian income or estate tax filings
• Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections and project budgets
• Review assessments and correspond with the IRS, state authorities and CRA on various issues
• Build and manage client relationships at a senior level; advise clients by delivering high quality tax service and advice
• Actively mentor and coach staff to their highest potential
• Supporting and mentoring firm staff in respect of tax matters
• Identifying client service opportunities
