We're hiring a Supply Chain Analyst to lead and optimize the medical equipment and supply processes across the organization, ensuring seamless operations in a healthcare setting.
In this role, you'll work closely with healthcare professionals, coordination teams, finance, and vendors to support timely procurement, inventory management, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. You'll also contribute to integrated care delivery by aligning supply chain activities with clinical needs, patient care goals, and cost strategies.
This position requires a strong background in healthcare logistics or procurement, along with experience using ERP systems and inventory tracking tools such as SAP or Oracle. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is essential, and familiarity with fast-paced, cross-functional healthcare environments is key to success in this role.
Job Description- Coordinate with care teams to forecast and fulfill medical supply and equipment needs.
- Manage procurement, vendor relations, and contract compliance in healthcare settings.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely distribution to patient homes and field staff.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Analyze supply chain data to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Support integrated care programs with patient-level tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare procurement or medical logistics.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (e.g., Health Canada, ISO).
- Proficient in ERP systems and inventory tracking software (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven vendor negotiation and contract management experience.
- Certification in Supply Chain (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred.
