Qualified candidates should have worked full-time in a software company before. Candidates who just have experience in legacy Canadian industries (O&G, big 5 banking, etc.) are less likely to be successful or have longer time to onboard, given the difference in business model between traditional retail, industrial, or banking vs. consumer software. Specifically, qualified candidates should have experience modelling LTV, ROAS, know different ways of defining D7 retention, etc. This is a strategic role at a product-led consumer software; great candidates should bring a financial lens to product challenges or have prior exposure to consumer software product teams.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-time professional experience
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems and drive toward clarity
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to synthesize insights for execs, boards, and external stakeholders
