Order Picking: Locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves or storage areas based on pick tickets or electronic orders, often utilizing order picker
Material Handling: Safely handling and moving materials, including heavy loads, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Packing and Palletizing: Preparing orders for shipment, including wrapping, palletizing, and labeling items, often involving shrink-wrapping and securing loads.
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records, reporting discrepancies, and assisting with cycle counts.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all relevant workplace safety policies and procedures, including fall protection protocols, and reporting any safety hazards or incidents.
General Warehouse Duties: Performing general warehouse duties as required, such as maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting with loading and unloading trucks, and other tasks to support warehouse operations.
Communication: Communicating effectively with warehouse supervisors, inventory control personnel, and other team members regarding order status, inventory issues, and safety concerns.
Documentation: Completing necessary paperwork, including pick tickets, shipping documents, and inventory records, accurately and in a timely manner.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
