Your Role: Real-Life Superhero Duties!Let's be honest, this isn't your average driving job. As a Para Transit Driver, you're the person helping seniors and folks with disabilities get to their appointments, pick up their groceries, meet their friends, and live life to the fullest. You're literally the wheels that keep their world turning.
- Drive safely and smoothly like the pro you are
- Deliver top-notch customer service with heart (and maybe a good joke or two)
- Do a quick pre-trip inspection (tire pressure, brakes, lights, the usual suspects)
- Assist passengers with care, respect, and maybe a little high-five energy

Requirements
You Might Be a Great Fit If You…- Have a valid Ontario G license and a clean driving record - (F licence = bonus points. If not, we'll help you get it!)
- Can pass a criminal record and vulnerable sector check - Integrity is kind of our thing
- Are comfortable working in a unionized team - Teamwork makes the dream work
- Speak fluent-ish English - (B2–C1 level – we'll check, but no grammar drills, promise).
- Love delivering excellent customer service - And know how to brighten someone's day
- Don't mind service animals hopping aboard – They're some of the best passengers!
- Know your way around London - (Or can pretend really well with GPS help)
- Are ready to push, pull, twist, and crouch as you assist with wheelchairs - (gym membership? Who needs it because we offer that to!)
- Are cool with working between 5am–12am, 7 days a week - Don't worry, you won't work all of them but flexability is best!
