We at BLUE MOUNTAIN HONDA in Collingwood are seeking to hire a new Sales Representative to join our growing dealership. We provide a full training sales course and require no automotive sales exeprience for the position. Sales Representative Job Description

Working as a Sales Representative is a fast paced and dynamic role, that can be extremely rewarding both personally and financially. Sales Representatives must be confident, adaptable, organized and most importantly capable of providing a first class customer service experience for our clients. Commission based pay plan provides the potential to earn over $100,000 for top performers.
The Honda product lineup is one of the BEST brands to sell within the industry, with an exciting fleet of freshly redesigned and well known product that has earned the highest regard for quality, reliability and value in the minds of consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the dealership.
  • Identify potential customers and follow up on leads generated by the dealership.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that best meets their needs and budget.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with customers to showcase the features and benefits of each vehicle.
  • Negotiate prices and financing options with customers to close sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Knowledge of automotive industry and products is a plus
  • Valid OMVIC License or ability to obtain license

Car business experience is great, but we are equally as happy to hire someone with a great attitude and work ethic for us to coach up to success.
