You will be accountable for meeting partner development and outreach targets and growing our program opportunities to align with our strategic plan.You are comfortable connecting with people from various backgrounds that align with the strategic UWW/EXPs community outreach plan. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and developing relationships with stakeholders within the community to cultivate participant applicant pipelines, relevant referrals and opportunities. You are based in Northern Ontario but will be responsible for outreach activities in Timmins, North Bay, Sudbury and the surrounding areas. WHAT YOU WILL DO Partnership Development Develop and maintain new and existing partnerships with community agencies, career development organizations, transitional living centres, shelters, drop-in centres, immigrant and health programs and centres and any other community service organizations whose clients can benefit from the services of Up With Women/ Exponentielles. Seek out new relationships by creating appointments and opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media tools, and other prospecting techniques. Execute creative follow-up efforts that result in maintaining and establishing trusting meaningful relationships. Develop, organize, and lead a partnership development plan that will create and maintain partnerships with community organizations that will mutually support the needs of the communities we serve. Deliver informative and engaging presentations to community partners, and prospective clients virtually and/or in person and build ongoing relationships with community partner agencies and their staff. Network and represent to improve the presence and reputation of UWW/EXP. Assist the UWW/EXP teams in spreading brand awareness through organizing and participating in lead generation activity including program events, job fairs, community education efforts, and marketing campaigns, and others as required. Plan, organize and help secure guest speakers for presentations. Deliver key program activities, including client outreach and recruitment. Monitor implementation of program processes and policies for the purposes of high-quality service delivery and continuous quality improvement Maintain partner records in Salesforce, including creation of new partners and all required information, and entry of all communications, including presentations, phone calls, emails, etc. Conduct regular data reviews, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data entered regarding key metrics Run reports as needed regarding key performance indicators and outcomes. Facilitate positive relations within the program team, with other departments within UWW/EXP, and with stakeholders at large. Support the program teams in understanding the outcomes of partner development and outreach activities for the purpose of program planning. Support the management team to effectively resolve issues and respond to sensitive inquiries and concerns from referral partners. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of UWW/EXPs suite of services and value proposition to engage new and existing participants to UWW/EXP coaching program. Other duties assigned as required. WHAT YOU OFFER Required 4+ years of successful value/benefit propagation, relationships building or community reach-out experience and a proven track record. Results-driven and demonstrated ability to meet performance targets by deadlines and critical time periods. Experience with the prospecting process and the sales/partner development cycle. Strong expertise in client and community service with an orientation toward innovation and collaboration. Communication skills: You have exceptional oral and written skills. You are comfortable in face-to-face and virtual meetings, communicating by telephone, in-person, or email to answer inquiries and coordinate details. You can foster and nurture internal and external relationships with participants, colleagues, funders, community and employer partners, and other stakeholders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or other CRM) and Planner (or other project management software) and the ability to easily learn new tools that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Previous experience, exposure, or understanding of social services, or a related discipline. VOS RESPONSABILITS Dveloppement de partenariats Crer de nouveaux partenariats, entretenir les relations dj en place avec les organismes communautaires, les centres de dveloppement de carrire, les maisons de transition, les centres de rfugis, les centres daccueil, les centres de sant pour les immigrants et tout autre organisme de services communautaires dont les clients pourraient bnficier des services de UWW/EXP. Prospecter de nouveaux rseaux de contact en prenant des rendez-vous et en crant des opportunits travers diffrentes techniques dappel froid, e-mailing, rseaux sociaux et autres. Mettre en uvre des outils novateurs de suivi et de maintien de relations de confiance avec les partenaires. laborer et mettre en uvre un plan de dveloppement de partenariats qui permettra de crer et dentretenir des relations privilgies avec les organismes communautaires, pour rpondre mutuellement aux besoins des communauts que nous servons. Animer des sances informatives et engageantes avec les partenaires communautaires et clients potentiels, en virtuel ou en prsentiel, en assurant un suivi et contact continus, la fois avec les organismes partenaires et leur personnel. Crer un rseau de contacts et tre un rel ambassadeur dUWW/EXP pour dvelopper sa prsence et rputation sur le march. Apporter du support aux quipes UWW/EXP pour promouvoir la marque, en organisant et en participant des activits gnratrices de prospects, auprs de salons de lemploi, centres communautaires, campagnes marketinget autres Planifier, organiser et contribuer lidentification de confrenciers pour les vnements. Excuter les activits cls du programme, y compris le recrutement et la sensibilisation des clients. Assurer la mise en place de processus et de procdures permettant un service de qualit lev et sinscrivant dans un processus damlioration continue. Crer, mettre jour et assurer la prcision des informations relatives aux dossiers des partenaires sur la plateforme Salesforce, y compris la saisie des correspondances, les prsentations, les appels tlphoniques, les courriels, etc. Effectuer des analyses rgulires des donnes, en veillant l'exhaustivit et l'exactitude des donnes saisies concernant les indicateurs cls. Raliser des rapports, selon les besoins, concernant les indicateurs de performance cls et les rsultats. Coordonner les interactions en interne, aussi bien avec lquipe programmes quavec les autres dpartements de UWW/EXP et tout autre interlocuteur, en privilgiant un climat de travail positif. Soutenir les quipes de programme dans la comprhension des rsultats des activits de dveloppement et de sensibilisation des partenaires dans le but de la planification des programmes. Soutenir l'quipe de gestion pour rsoudre efficacement les problmes et rpondre aux demandes et proccupations sensibles des partenaires de rfrence. Dvelopper et maintenir une comprhension approfondie de la gamme de services offerts par UWW/EXP ainsi que sa proposition de valeur, en vue dattirer de nouveaux participants et entretenir ceux dj existants.
