What You’ll Do

As an Aquaculture Worker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the health and productivity of our aquaculture stock. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning, sanitizing, and drying aquaculture equipment to prevent disease.
• Feeding aquaculture stock to ensure optimal growth.
• Maintaining and operating aquaculture equipment.
• Reporting any stock irregularities to supervisors.
• Culling, marking, or tagging aquaculture stocks.
• Transporting marine plants to processing plants.
• Digging shellfish from shellfish beds.
• Assisting aquaculture technicians in the operation of fish hatcheries or other aquatic farms.

Work Environment

This position will have you working in various outdoor settings, including mussel sites on land and barges. Be prepared for:
