As a Drywall Interior Systems Installer, you will be responsible for:

• Cutting and installing metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.
• Measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing drywall sheets.
• Installing acoustic tile, hangers for suspended ceilings, and metal studs for composition wallboard or lath.
• Installing exterior and interior steel studs.
• Installing metal stud framing and furring for interior drywall or plaster walls and ceilings, using hand and power tools.
• Installing vapour barriers and thermal and sound insulation.
• Working at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.

Work Environment

This position involves working at various locations, making it an on-the-road job. You will need to have your own vehicle to travel to job sites.
