Your Role
As a Sous-Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchen, working closely with our Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of our culinary team. You will be responsible for:

- Demonstrating new cooking techniques and equipment to the kitchen staff

- Instructing cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
- Preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets
- Requisitioning food and kitchen supplies as needed
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role
- Supervision: Ability to supervise 3-4 kitchen staff, including general cooks
- Food Specialties: Expertise in fish, seafood, meat, poultry, and game
