About the Role

As an Apprentice Roofer, you will play a crucial role in our roofing projects across various commercial and industrial settings. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment while working at heights and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

• Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt-saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel.
• Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles, shakes, and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs.
• Install single-ply roofing systems using waterproof sheet materials, including modified plastics and elastomeric compositions.
• Repair or replace existing single-ply roofing systems.
• Instruct and mentor apprentices in roofing techniques.
• Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools.

Requirements

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
