  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders, providing clear, consistent, and proactive communication while driving alignment across teams and leadership groups.
  • Scope & Dependency Management: Coordinate and manage cross-team dependencies across distributed systems, APIs, shared platforms, and enterprise services while ensuring scope changes, priorities, and delivery impacts are effectively tracked and communicated.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and proactively manage technical, operational, and delivery risks, ensuring mitigation plans, escalation paths, and resolution strategies are clearly defined and executed.
  • Operational Readiness & Reliability: Partner with engineering, cloud, platform, SRE, and security teams to ensure solutions meet operational readiness standards, including deployment planning, monitoring, observability, support handoffs, and hypercare coordination.
  • Process Improvement & Delivery Excellence: Drive consistency and best practices across program management and engineering workflows by improving delivery processes, governance standards, automation opportunities, and operational efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across highly matrixed teams by balancing business priorities, customer impact, system reliability, and technical constraints to drive successful delivery outcomes.
  • Leadership & Accountability: Foster a culture of ownership, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting teams through changing business needs and delivery challenges.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: Experience managing complex technology programs or projects within large-scale, fast-paced, and highly matrixed organizations, with proven success delivering cross-functional initiatives.
  • Program & Project Management: Strong expertise in planning, scope management, budgeting, dependency management, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and delivery execution across Agile, hybrid, or SDLC-based environments.

  • Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and translate technical concepts into business context effectively.
  • Problem Solving & Ownership: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a demonstrated ability to proactively identify challenges, drive solutions, and deliver outcomes with a high degree of accountability.
