Regional Sales Manager - Western Canada & USA (Hydronics)

As the Regional Sales Manager for Western Canada and the U.S., your core focus will be driving business development and cultivating strong relationships with agents, engineering consultants, contractors, and distribution partners-primarily across Western Canada. Your territory may evolve over time, and occasional travel outside your assigned region will be expected for meetings, trade shows, and client engagements as directed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and represent our product line to engineers and contractors.
  • Grow regional sales by supporting and developing distributor and agent networks to achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze client requirements, recommend solutions, and create tailored proposals and quotes.
  • Coordinate and lead product training sessions for external stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
  • Offer post-sale support, providing technical assistance and resolving issues as needed.
  • Respond promptly to incoming client inquiries and service requests.
  • Increase product visibility and demand by proactively working with end users and industry partners.
  • Monitor and communicate emerging market trends, opportunities, and risks to leadership.
  • Serve as a bridge between client needs and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document significant customer concerns or feedback and escalate them when necessary.
  • Participate in new product launches and contribute insights to product development teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in hydronics, radiant heating, or boilers sales (B2B strongly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; ability to interpret technical documents/specifications.
  • HVAC sales experience
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) at a professional level.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong listening ability.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Proven success in HVAC sales roles.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and open to regular regional travel.
  • Proficiency in French at an intermediate level (3/5).
