CAA Atlantic is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated product marketing strategies that drive growth, strengthen brand connection, and improve customer lifecycle performance.

This role is responsible for translating business objectives into high-impact marketing initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and value expansion. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and brings a strong understanding of customer behaviour, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven decision making.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role partners cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes across multiple products and service offerings. You will lead end-to-end campaign development, optimize performance through insights, and continuously improve how we attract, engage, and retain customers.

Responsibilities

Product Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies that support product growth across the full customer lifecycle
  • Translate product value propositions into compelling, customer-centric messaging and campaigns
  • Plan and execute campaigns from brief through launch, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
  • Manage multi channel campaign budget

Customer Lifecycle Management

  • Drive acquisition through targeted, insight-led marketing programs and testing strategies
  • Strengthen engagement and retention through personalized, lifecycle-based communications
  • Support subscription, renewal, and loyalty initiatives that increase customer lifetime value

Campaign Delivery & Channel Management

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, including email, paid media, social, direct channels, and emerging platforms
  • Optimize channel mix and targeting strategies to improve performance and efficiency
  • Oversee development and execution of promotions, campaigns, and customer experiences

Insights, Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and customer behaviour to inform continuous improvement
  • Leverage data, segmentation, and testing to refine targeting, messaging, and offers
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing strategy

Cross-functional Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with product, digital, and analytics teams to align marketing strategies with business priorities
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality execution and delivery
  • Lead and mentor direct report, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in product, lifecycle, or customer marketing
  • Proven experience driving acquisition, engagement, retention, subscription, or loyalty marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer segmentation, and performance analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex campaigns
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including presenting to senior leadership
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g. Hubspot) and analytics tools is considered an asset
