Job Title: Program Advisor / Facilitator
CEED is recruiting a Program Advisor / Facilitator to support the Leveling It Up program, a 10-month contract role focused on serving women entrepreneurs through business advisory services, program facilitation, and client support.
The Program Advisor / Facilitator is responsible for guiding entrepreneurs through CEED's internal and external programs, workshops, and supports based on their stage of business. This role provides one-to-one business advisory support, facilitates learning opportunities, maintains accurate CRM records, and helps ensure participants receive a structured and responsive client experience from intake through post-program follow-up.
Working closely with the Program Coordinator/Manager, and the broader CEED team, the successful candidate will contribute to high-quality program delivery, strong participant engagement, and meaningful outcomes for women entrepreneurs at different stages of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage clients from initial intake through post-program surveys, in collaboration with the Program Coordinator and Manager.
- Provide one-on-one business advisory support to women entrepreneurs at different stages of business development.
- Facilitate entrepreneurship programs, workshops, and learning sessions that support entrepreneurial competency and venture development.
- Assess client needs and guide participants to appropriate CEED and external resources, services, and programming.
- Maintain accurate client records, program participation details, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Support program outreach, participant engagement, scheduling, follow-up, and post-program evaluation activities.
- Collaborate with CEED staff, partners, and stakeholders to support effective program delivery and participant success.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following competencies:
- A sound knowledge of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial development and the associated subject matter disciplines;
- A strong background in sales and customer service;
- General experience with presentations, facilitation, and public speaking will be required;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, as well as some experience with a CRM.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field, or the equivalent work experience.
- Customer service skills are a must.
- General knowledge of current business trends.
- A solid willingness to learn and grow as part of a team.
- Facilitation or public speaking experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Practical written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (required) and CRM systems (preferred).

This is a full-time position offering a competitive benefits package and RRSP matching. A typical workweek is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. This position is dependent upon program funding availability.
