We are seeking an Industrial Mechanic to join the team at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton.

This is a permanent full time position, and the wage range is $30.0517 to $32.0878 per hour.

What you will do

As an Industrial Mechanic, you will support the team at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital by performing industrial mechanic work at the journeyperson level. You will install, assemble, maintain, and repair mechanical components for building systems, equipment, and furnishings.

Other responsibilities may include welding, fabricating, machining, and modifying equipment, parts, and system components, and troubleshooting mechanical system failures.

Your home base will be at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital, but periodic travel to other Horizon facilities may be required.

Who you are

You posses a Red Seal designation and/or Certificate of Qualification as an Industrial Mechanic or Millwright, and a valid driver's license. You have written and spoken competence in English (Advanced).
