Drywall Carrier

Job Title: Drywall Carrier
Location: Mount Pearl, NL
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM start
Hourly Rate: $17/hr

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Drywall Carrier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting drywall from delivery points to designated areas on job sites. This physically demanding position is essential to keeping projects running efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and load various products
• Lift and manage heavy loads
• Handle carrying drywall with the utmost care, without damaging or dropping it
• Use proper lifting techniques and stretching to prevent injuries
• Perform other duties as required
• Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Candidate Qualifications:

• CSA-approved steel-toed boots
• Safety vest, hard hat, and gloves
• Physical ability to lift and carry drywall
• Ability to work outside in various temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to work within a team
• Physically able to carry and lift 75-100 lbs repeatedly
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
