Reporting to the Director of Strategic Projects and Continuous Improvement, the Business Analyst serves as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, analyze processes, and deliver optimized solutions aligned with organizational goals. The role involves defining and documenting requirements for projects related to group insurance, including product development, portal enhancements, process improvements, and strategic applications, ensuring quality and consistency throughout.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze business needs from stakeholders and define functional and non-functional requirements for group insurance projects.
  • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with IT, business units, product development, marketing, and UX teams to design solutions that meet business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Support testing, validation, and user acceptance (UAT), ensuring solutions align with requirements and deliver quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by optimizing business processes and maintaining accurate functional and user documentation.
Qualifications
  • Diplôme en administration, finance, TI ou domaine connexe, avec 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en analyse d'affaires, idéalement en assurance collective ou services financiers.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de collecte, documentation et gestion des exigences (traçabilité, priorisation, validation).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, animation d'ateliers et collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
  • Connaissance des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint) et des logiciels de gestion de projet (Jira, MS Project, DevOps, etc.).
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, avec rigueur, sens de l'organisation et orientation client.
