As a WAM IT Lead, you will:
- Lead a team of technical resources to ensure the highest level of service is provided to our internal and external customers.
- Take ownership for the availability, security and reliability of IT Services and applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, affiliates, and partners.
- Develop teams' resource, providing coaching and performance evaluations.
- Manage application support interactions using standard processes and tools.
- Provide technical knowledge and coaching to team members.
- Actively participating in the troubleshooting and resolution of application incidents, managing requests and escalations.
- Monitor and maintain application service levels and participate in the development of structure and processes to improve application support services.
- Managing application risk profiles and application lifecycle planning.
- Contributing to the successful implementation of technology projects and initiatives through the assignment of personnel resources, or direct involvement in project governance.

To thrive in this role, you recognize yourself in most of the following competencies and skills listed below:
- Post-secondary education (Computer Science, Technology) coupled with five plus years of experience in a client facing leadership/management role or managing business technology projects
- 5+ years of experience in application support, solution operations, or technical leadership — preferably within the utility, energy, or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems and resolve data inconsistencies between boundary systems.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience with incident management, problem management, change control, and data governance processes.
- Proficiency with SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, and data quality management.
- Experience working in an Agile focused team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting and managing applications such as IBM Maximo and/or Salesforce.
- Experience using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools for data visualization, reporting, and monitoring data quality.
- Experience with Salesforce object structure and reporting structure.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data stewardship practices, or master data management.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or data management certifications (e.g., CDMP).
