OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to design, implement, and oversee technical solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise across various technologies, a solid foundation in risk management, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
This opportunity is open to full-time salaried employees, contract employees, and Independent Contractors.

WHAT YOU LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE

• Collaborating with technical teams to understand system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
• Supporting knowledge transfer and onboarding for internal technical leadership.
• Reviewing and enhancing technical documentation and strategies with subject matter experts.
• Identifying data and technology challenges, proposing effective solutions and recommendations.
• Leading and mentoring multidisciplinary teams while promoting agile and collaborative practices.
• Ensuring alignment with enterprise technical strategies across architecture, integration, platforms, DevOps, and security.
• Designing scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
• Developing integration patterns to connect legacy and cloud-based systems.
• Preparing risk assessments, and technical documentation to guide project delivery.
• Providing updates and technical insights to senior leadership and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU LL NEED TO DO THE JOB

• Proven experience leading large-scale solution architecture initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge across all architectural domains application, data, technology, and security.
• Expertise in modern architecture and integration patterns, including API-driven design, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with and integrating legacy systems into modern platforms.

• Proficient in Microsoft technologies such as .NET and C#, with experience in ASP.NET Core MVC, Blazor, and Razor Pages.

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in cross functional teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.
• Government or Public sector experience is a must

ASSETS:

• Familiarity with AI technologies and automation practices is an asset.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and data privacy standards applicable to government or regulated environments is an asset.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently is considered an asset.
