Title: Manager- EM Volunteers and PDA Operations

In this role, you will:
- Oversee daily management of EM volunteer and PDA activities, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
- Monitor program performance, analyze data, and prepare impact assessment reports.
- Ensure financial compliance with funding agreements and reporting requirements.
- Develop program proposals, concept notes, and funding applications for sustainability.
- Set team performance objectives, establish workplans, monitor performance, resolve conflict, and provide coaching.
- Contribute to budget planning, operational plans, and financial monitoring.
- Analyze team performance to improve operations and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Implement projects and initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with service standards, legislation, and CRC policies; recommend mitigations.
What we are looking for:
- Qualifications include a minimum of 4 years of experience and a 3-year college diploma or university degree. Supervisory or management experience with leadership and team management skills and the ability to manage performance, resolve conflicts and engage employees.
- Strong program/service management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of performance measurement, impact evaluation, and data analysis to assess program effectiveness.
- Experience with financial management, grant reporting, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in standard computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to identify complex problems, analyze interrelated factors using specialized skills, and develop solutions
- Ability to influence others with shared interests, gather perspectives, understand needs, and present information to reach consensus, often in somewhat sensitive situations
- Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.
Working Conditions:
- Will be working primarily in an office environment when not deployed to an emergency response operation.
- Some domestic or international travel in generally safe environments
- Some travel by vehicle may be required.A valid provincial driver's license is required.
