SummaryWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Administration Specialist to support Bell's Communications and Community Investment/ Affairs teams. team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide team members with comprehensive financial counsel, analysis and support for program planning and delivery; project management, including data management.
- Oversee the administration of Bell's Employee Giving and Volunteer Grant programs, including processing donations, generating reports and helping to maximize employee engagement and impact; manage program inquiries in English and French.
- Manage the team's invoicing process ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, adherence to budget allocations, and compliance with financial policies.
- Support the Senior Manager in the planning, execution, and evaluation of the team's projects, ensuring alignment with budget allocations, project timelines, and performance metrics.
- Provide administrative support for the company's annual audit.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Demonstrated experience in financial and budget management, financial analysis, and project management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to perform complex data analysis, create pivot tables, and generate insightful reports for program evaluation and decision-making.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including suppliers and community organizations.
- Fluency in English and French to support national projects.
- Familiarity with grant management software and databases, streamlining the grant application and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with the IT department to develop and maintain a database of community partners and projects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for reporting and communication purposes, leveraging database management systems.
