Are you a self-driven, energetic and passionate individual that is looking for a change? We are looking for an efficient, confident and organized individual to help us manage the day to day activities in our small agency. You are a patient person who strives to help others and can assist customers with their insurance and financial needs.


Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarification, taking customer payments and other office administration as required.


- Minimum 1 year experience in the insurance industry

- Excellent organizational skill with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Proactive in problem-solving

- Dedicated to customer service

- Ability to multi-task

- Works well in small team environment

- Must have or be willing to obtain a General Insurance license

- Bilingualism, although not required, is considered an asset
